While the demo tasks and demo task templates are in English so that instructors of any language can use them to understand the form that a text-based task can take, your task will be for learners of the language you teach. You might decide to write the directions for the instructor in English, in the target language, or in both languages. If you include guiding questions, they should be delivered in the target language during class (a key element of this and many pedagogies).
